About Our Service

Tucson Drain Cleaning operates this website as a referral service. We connect callers with independent local plumbing and drain cleaning professionals. We do not directly perform plumbing work — service is performed by the independent provider you are connected with.

Using Our Website

By using this website, you agree to these terms. The informational content (articles, guides, FAQs) is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute professional plumbing advice for your specific situation. When in doubt about a plumbing issue, call a professional.

Phone Calls

When you call (520) 536-0785, you will speak with our dispatch or referral team. Calls may be tracked and/or recorded. By calling, you consent to being connected with an independent third-party service provider appropriate for your needs. Any service agreement is between you and that provider — not with this website.

Referral Relationships

We may receive compensation from independent service providers for referrals. This does not affect the price you pay — providers quote their own pricing directly to you before work begins. We recommend you confirm pricing, scope, and terms directly with the provider before authorizing work.

No Guarantees

While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals promptly, we do not guarantee: specific arrival times; specific pricing (set by providers); or specific outcomes of plumbing work. Arrival times mentioned on this site (typically 30–45 minutes) reflect normal operations and may vary based on conditions.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website and its operators are not liable for: the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by independent providers; any damages arising from plumbing issues or repairs; or decisions made based on website content. Your recourse for service issues is with the provider who performed the work.

Intellectual Property

Website content (text, images, design) is our property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Changes To Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
